CBC'S HOCKEY NIGHT IN CANADA DELIVERS TOP AUDIENCE NUMBERS FOR ROUND ONE OF THE 2012 STANLEY CUP PLAYOFFS

CBC averaged 785,000 viewers aged 25-54, up 101% compared to TSN/TSN2’s Round One average of 391,000 viewers in the same demographic. Overall, more than 9.2 million Canadians aged 25-54 tuned-in to some part of CBC’s coverage of Round One, or approximately 62% of all Canadians in the demographic.
